We started in 2023 as field technicians and MSP operators before becoming OptiByte. Hardware sourcing and procurement sit at our core. Many partners also rely on us for managed hosting and datacenter work when they want one accountable team instead of a patchwork of vendors.

How we work
Operator mindset, partner approach
We're based in Kempen and Issum, Germany. Aside from our offices and warehouse, we maintain a pool of field technicians in Düsseldorf for on-site datacenter work at partner facilities.
We focus on German and European businesses. KYC and compliance are part of how we keep a trusted ecosystem, especially for hosting providers and MSPs reselling our services.
We do not chase hype or unsustainable growth. We grow with partners who need hardware, hosting, and datacenter help that still works a year from now.
